Why we love it

The Python does exactly what a dedicated hooking shoe needs to do. The heel is wrapped in ultra-sticky Vibram XS Grip 2 with anti-detachment adhesive to handle the repeated strain of heel hooks without delaminating, while the 3D toe hook insert on the instep maximises grip when the foot is inverted or loaded laterally. It slips on and off quickly, and the elastic rand keeps the fit snug across the session as the shoe moulds to the foot.
