Built on a well-established, comfort-oriented last, the Origin VS is a relaxed, neutral-fitting shoe with low pressure points on the heels and toes. It's constructed from the same premium dual-ply microfibre used in the likes of the Instinct VS, offering instant comfort, great feel, and controlled stretch. That's paired with an S72 rubber outsole – one of the stickiest sole compounds available – and an M50 toe hood, the same upper rubber compound used across the high-performance models, for reliable traction. Whether you're smearing a macro, tick-tacking across screw-ons, or toe-hooking a volume, the Origin VS has you covered. A single Velcro strap with a high-elasticity gusset allows easy entry and a secure fit from toe to heel.

• M50 Rubber Toe Patch: Scarpa's softest compound (Shore A 50), the same upper rubber used across the high-performance models – covers a large portion of the toe for high-friction hooking in every direction.
• Nylon Flexan Insole: A 3/4-length, 1.4 mm nylon insole that distributes force across the entire foot – support for longer sessions without sacrificing flexibility.
