Return Policy

The product did not fit or it was not as you expected it to be? 

At CCS we are constantly trying to provide you with the best feel for our products through pictures and descriptions but sometimes it happens that a climbing shoe or a T-Shirt does not fit the way you thought it would. NO PROBLEM, we leave you 30 days to return the purchased goods.  

This is how it works:

Step 1 Fill in the return form You received a CCS Return Form with your delivery. Please fill in the form for us to process your return the quickest possible.
Step 2 Pack the products Please send us the products in their undamaged packaging and in a suitable box.
Step 3 Send the products Please return the products to us with the carrier of your choice.
Step 4 You get your money back As soon as we have received the returned products you will receive a confirmation. We will check products and process the reimbursement quikly and you should be reimbursed within a few days. 

Exchange Policy

To ensure that you will receive your products the quickest possible we do not offer exchanges as stock levels might have changed since the first purchase. Please return the goods as explained in our Return Policy and enter a new order. 

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide not to want the products anyway shortly after you ordered then please inform our team by mail or by phone +352 661 227 001 and they will help you cancel the order. 

Warranty Policy

If there should be a defect with the purchased item then CCS will pick up the fight for you. Please send us a digital image of the defect asap with a short explanation to and our team will communicate this to the responsible manufacturer. CCS can only recognize the warranty claim when approved by the manufacturer. Our team will do all they can to help you with the claim and you make the processing time as short as possible. 

Shipping Dammage Policy

Please check your purchased products directly when they are delivered by the carrier and communicate a possible damage to us per mail or by phone +352 661 227 001. We will directly send you a new shipment and by informing us you also help CCS with any insurance claim from our carrier. Thank you.
