Petzl's versatile, lightweight rappel/belay device, for use with 1 or 2 rope strands and ability to belay a follower from the anchor.

The REVERSO is known for being lightweight and versatile. It is is a belay device for both single and multi-pitch climbing and mountaineering. It allows you to belay your partner, rappel, and use Reverso mode to belay one or two followers. The special design allows the rope to smoothly run through the device and decrease wear. It is compatible with most rope diameters: single 8.5 to 10.5 mm, half 7.1 to 9.2 mm, and twin 6.9 to 9.2 mm.
