This set contains a cool Caspers bag with the print "keep rolling".
Which is why we packed the bag with a big smooth foamroller for legs and back. Also included is the mini roller, grooved, very good for the forearms and finally the micro roller which can be used to release tension in the fingers after a lomng day of climbing/bouldering.
Additionally to these 3 rollers we included a black roll ball in this set that can be used to apply pressure on very precise specific points.
